Overview

This article covers everything you need when using Portal. Portal is the user management hub for all your Juniper Education products. You can use it to:

  1. Invite and manage staff, parent and pupil access to your Juniper products.
  2. Manage user roles and permissions, at school level and across a Trust.
  3. Configure school settings (SIPs, Payments and Key Contacts).
All Juniper Education JoinUp products use one sign-in managed through Portal, so staff, parents, and pupils can access every system without needing separate logins.
