Overview

This article explains how to see the MAT-level products and associated roles a staff member has been assigned in JoinUp.

Prerequisites

• You must be an administrator.
• You must be logged into your MAT-level account (not a school-level one).

Instructions

To view the MAT-level products a staff member can access and their roles:

1. Switch to Portal (for further information, see How do I switch between Juniper apps / products?).
2. Select User Invitations:
   
3. Locate the staff member whose role you want to know, then select their name:
   
4. Scroll down the user's record to the MAT Products and Schools sections.

Outcome

The user's roles are displayed at both a MAT-level and school-level:
