Portal: How do I revoke a staff member's access to a MAT-level product?

Overview

This article explains how to remove / revoke a user's access to a single MAT-level product using Portal.

When you revoke user access to a single MAT-level product, the user's access to any other Juniper Education systems accessed through the JoinUp platform will be unaffected.

When a staff member leaves your school, their access to all Juniper Education products must be revoked. See Portal: How do I remove a staff member's access to all Juniper products? and Portal: How do I revoke a staff member's access at MAT level? for further information.

Prerequisites

  • You must be an Account Admin or Account Owner.
  • You must be logged into your MAT-level account (not a school-level one).

Instructions

Follow these steps to remove the user's access;

  1. Switch to Portal (for further information, see How do I switch between Juniper apps / products?).
  2. Select User Invitations:
  3. Locate the user whose access you want to revoke for a specific MAT-level product.
  4. Select the ellipsis next to the user's role for the MAT-level product you want to revoke access to, for example, Sonar Multi-School, and then select Remove Role:
  5. When prompted, select Revoke to confirm the removal of their access:
     

Outcome

The user's access is removed from the selected MAT-level product.
