Portal: How do I see which users are assigned to which roles?

This article explains how to view a list of users who have been assigned a specific role through Portal, using filters in the User Invitations / Staff page.

Instructions

Follow these steps to view a list of those users assigned to selected roles within Portal:

  1. Select User Invitations.
  2. Select Staff.
  3. Select Filter:
  4. Select one or more User Roles and Products to view those users with corresponding roles for the selected products:

    The products available for selection will be those products that your school subscribes to. 

Outcome

The list of Staff members is refreshed, showing only those staff members assigned the selected role(s) for the selected product(s):
