Portal: How do I see which users are assigned to which roles?

This article explains how to view a list of users who have been assigned a specific role through Portal, using filters in the User Invitations / Staff page.

Instructions

Follow these steps to view a list of those users assigned to selected roles within Portal:

  1. Select User Invitations.
  2. Select Staff.
  3. Select Filter:
  4. Select one or more roles from the User Role filter to view those users with corresponding roles:

Outcome

The list of Staff members is refreshed, showing only those staff members assigned the selected role(s):
