MIS, Portal, Sonar Multi-School
Overview
This article explains how to update a registered staff member's role for a MAT-level product, for example, from Partial Edit to Full Edit for Sonar Multi-School through Portal.

Prerequisites
- You must be an Account Owner or Account Admin.
- You must be logged into your MAT-level account (not a school-level one).
- To change a staff member's MAT-level role, the staff member must have accepted their invitation to Portal / JoinUp at a MAT-level.
Instructions
Follow these steps to change a staff member's role for a MAT-level product:
- Switch to Portal (for further information, see How do I switch between Juniper apps / products?).
- Select User Invitations:

From User Invitations, select the ellipsis under Operations for the staff member whose access level you want to change:

Select Invite from the menu:
From Invite Users, select the Product that you want to update the role for:

Select the new role that you want to assign to the user from Assign Role:
- Select Send Invitation.
To change a staff member's role for other MAT-level products, repeat Steps 3 to 6.
Outcome
The role change will be made for the selected product for the selected user.
