Importing Data
Sonar Tracker: How do I import Statutory End of KS2 Test scores / Teacher Assessments?
As soon as possible after the results are published, we will program the conversion tables into the software, after which reports will populate.
Analysis
Sonar Tracker: End of Key Stage 2 Outcomes Report.
This report includes all pupils on roll by default. It updates immediately after KS2 data is entered, provided the conversion tables have been programmed into the software.
Sonar Tracker: Statutory Dashboard.
This report includes all pupils with a valid assessment entry, even when they have left. It updates overnight, so data entered today will show the following day.
