Purpose
The Statutory Dashboard (Sonar Tracker / Analysis / Statutory Dashboard) lets you view and compare a series of headline measures relating to your school's Statutory assessments.
It includes all pupils with an outcome (for example, a number, score, judgement or code) even if they have left your school. Pupils joining your school after their Statutory assessments were made will be included in the dashboard when their outcomes are imported, so whole school data may differ from that submitted to the DfE.
The following widgets are presented in the Statutory Dashboard (select a widget name to find out more):
- Statutory Attainment Headline Summary Widget.
- EYFS Profile Widget.
- Statutory Checks Widget.
- Key Stage One Widget.
- Key Stage Two Widget.
The Statutory Dashboard refreshes overnight, so if you update or upload new statutory data, you'll see the changes the next day.
From the Academic Year 2023-2024, there has been no statutory requirement to carry out an end-of-Key Stage 1 pupil assessment in terms of their working at level (Expected/ Greater Depth). However, they have been included in this dashboard as many schools still report internally using this measure.

Controls

| Academic Year |
Select the academic year whose Statutory Data you want to view from those available (be they historic or the current year). The default value will be determined by the date in the current Academic Year, for example, in the Autumn term of 2025, the data available would be for the Academic Year 2024-2025: When you select an Academic Year, all associated headlines, widgets, reports and tabs will be updated to reflect the Statutory data for the selected Academic Year along with the comparison values. It is only when you navigate away from the Statutory Dashboard will the filter reset to its default value. |
| Print Screen | Select to Print Screen to print a summary of the contents displayed on the screen. |
| View Report | Select View Report within a specific widget to view the report associated with the widget. |
