Overview
This article explains how to create a report that lets you view attendance notes for pupils within your school. You can create an interactive report for the whole school, or one or more groups. When creating report, you can also specify a time period or a specific date range for the report.
Instructions
Create a new Attendance Notes report
To create a new Attendance Notes report:
- Select Reports.
- Select My Reports.
- Locate Attendance Notes in the list of reports.
- Select Create next to Attendance Notes:
- From Create Attendance Notes - Step 1:
- Either toggle The Whole School to On
- Or select one or more Group Categories / Group Types / Groups.
- Select a Time Period.
- Or select a Start Date and End Date.
- Select Next.
- Select Overall Information or a Group.
- Select Save.
- When prompted, enter the Report Name, for example, Whole School Attendance and select Save:
Open an Attendance Notes report
To open an Attendance Notes report:
- Select Reports.
- Select My Reports.
- Locate and select Attendance Notes in the list of reports:
- Select the report that you created:
Outcome
The report opens in a summary, Overall Information view:
Select a Group to view all Absence Notes for that group:
