Overview
This article explains how to see class absence by day of the week using the Day of Week Absence report. This report shows a live view of absence by day for the year-to-date.
Instructions
From within Juniper MIS:
- Select Reports.
- Select Attendance.
- Select Day of Week Absence.
Outcome
The Day of Week Absence Rates - % Sessions Missed report loads. Look through the data to locate the class who's absence rates by day data you want to review. Comprising a table and graph. The tabular data shows attendance percentage by Group Name for the different days of the week; meanwhile, by default, the graph displays whole school attendance for each weekday:
Use the filters to show absence rates for a specific pupil groups / categories, for example, a Class:
When filters are selected, the absence rates by day displayed in the table and chart reflect those choosen, for example, a class:
