Overview
This article explains how to see pupil attendance by class using the Weekly Attendance By Class widget
Weekly class attendance data displayed in this widget is updated real-time to give a live snapshot of class attendance for the current week.
Instructions
From within Juniper MIS:
- Select Reports.
- Select Attendance.
- Select Dashboard and locate the Weekly Attendance By Class widget:
Outcome
The Weekly Attendance By Class widget shows attendance for each class in your school for the previous school week in a tabular format (previous Monday to Friday). It contains, details of the Class, the number of pupils (Pupil Count) and the attendance % This Week. The list is sorted in descending order of attendance:
Select View report to open the Attendance Analysis report.
