Overview

This article explains how to see weekly attendance figures for the whole school for the current term.

Instructions

From within Juniper MIS:

1. Select Reports.
2. Select Attendance.
3. Select Dashboard and locate the Attendance Over Time widget:
   
4. In the Attendance Over Time widget:
   
   1. Select (the filter icon).
   2. Select Current Term.

Outcome

The Attendance Over Time widget shows attendance across the whole school week-by-week for the current term. Additionally, you are presented with a comparison of year-to-date attendance for the whole school with that of the prior week:

1. Roll over the graph to see the weekly percentage attendance.
2. Select to toggle between Current Year and Current Term views.
3. Select View report to open the Attendance Over Time report.
