Juniper Websites: Why does the system say my username doesn't exist?

When you try to log in you may see an error message explaining that your username or password doesn't match our records, similar to the one shown below:

To resolve this problem, double-check that you are entering the correct username and / or password:

  • They are case-sensitive and must be entered in the same way as when you created your account. 
  • Make sure that there are no spaces entered at the end of your username.
