Juniper Websites: What should I do if I can't log on to my CMS?

This article explains the troubleshooting steps to take if you are struggling to log into your CMS.

Instructions

  • If it's the first time you are logging in:
    • If you've not received an account password email, check your Junk/Spam folder. 
    • Contact your website administrator to check that they entered the correct email address when they set up your account.
  • Check that you are entering your user ID and password correctly:
    • These are both case-sensitive.
    • Check for spaces at the start and end.
    • Check that an old saved password is not filling out the fields automatically through your browser.
