This article explains the troubleshooting steps to take if you are struggling to log into your CMS.

If it's the first time you are logging in:
- If you've not received an account password email, check your Junk/Spam folder.
- Contact your website administrator to check that they entered the correct email address when they set up your account.

Check that you are entering your user ID and password correctly:
- These are both case-sensitive.
- Check for spaces at the start and end.
- Check that an old saved password is not filling out the fields automatically through your browser.
