This article explains how to reset your password if you are having trouble logging in to Juniper Websites.
Instructions
- From www.yourwebsiteurl.co.uk/admin, select Having trouble logging in?
- Enter your email address.
- Select Reset Password.
Outcome
A password reset message will be sent to your email address. Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password.
If you cannot see the email in your inbox, check your junk/spam folder.
If you can't send yourself a password reset email, speak to your school's website administrators who will be able to help - there's no need to contact Juniper Education.
