Juniper Websites: Why isn't a parent receiving our emails, when other parents are?

When a contact doesn't receive emails that you are sending, but other parents do. this is for one of two reasons:

  1. The email address you have recorded for them in your school MIS is incorrect.
  2. The contact has not been assigned parental responsibility in your school MIS.

To fix the problem, check that their email address is correctly stored in your MIS, then check that they have been flagged as having parental responsibility in your MIS.

Any changes that you make will be updated overnight.
