Juniper Websites: Why do I keep getting logged out?

Overview

This article explains a series of checks you can make to determine why you are being logged out of your website.

Step-by-step troubleshooting

  1. Check Juniper Websites: Status Updates to see if others are experiencing a similar problem. If they are, you will see an update explaining the steps we are taking to investigate and resolve the issue.
  2. Try to log on to your website using a different device to see if you can stay logged into the website when navigating it. It may be that your computer/tablet/mobile phone is causing the problem. Contact your school's IT Support team to investigate further.
  3. If you are trying to log on to your website using your school network, try logging in using another network, for example, using your mobile data. If you can stay logged into your website when navigating it using a different network, contact us so that we can add your IPV4 (IP) address as a trusted IP on the website to see if this fixes the problem. Visit www.whatismyip.com to find out what your IPV4 (IP) address is. If this doesn't help, you should contact your school's IT Support team to investigate this further.
  4. Contact your school's IT Support team and ask them to add the school website to your Allow list
  5. If none of the above helps or you are unsure of any guidance provided, contact us.
