This message appears if you are working on an item that is controlled using Custom Data and try to edit the item by selecting the Edit tab:
Custom Data-controlled pages are those you can access as an administrator by selecting Custom Data in the Website tab.
To edit the page, instead of selecting the Edit tab, scroll down the page to where you can make edits directly into the editable sections, as shown in the Image Links (Quick links) page below:
In this example, you can select the Quick links to edit them, add new items, or rearrange them.
