Sonar Tracker
Overview
This article explains how you can enter Statutory End of Key Stage Two Test Scores manually into Sonar Tracker. This is useful if you have one or two pupils to enter data for.
When entering for a cohort we recommend exporting the End of Key Stage 2 results from the NCA Portal and importing them into Sonar Tracker.
Depending on the version of Sonar Tracker you are using - Which version of Sonar Tracker am I using?
refer to the following articles:
- For integrated Sonar Tracker, see MIS: How do I import a CTF?
- For stand-alone Sonar Tracker, see Sonar Tracker: How do I import Statutory Data into Sonar Tracker from a CTF?
The raw scores are imported. All reports use the scaled scores. Sonar Tracker will be updated with the conversion tables soon after the DfE publishes them so these can be calculated.
Prerequisites
- You must have Account Owner, Account Admin, or Full Edit permissions to enter or edit statutory assessment data in Sonar Tracker (to change a user's permissions, see Portal: How do I change a staff member’s role for a product?).

Where you have entered raw scores, the total score and scaled score calculate immediately. These values are read-only.
