Sonar Tracker: How do I enter KS2 Teacher Assessments?

Overview

This article explains how to enter the Key Stage 2 (KS2) teacher assessments.

Instructions

  1. Select Assess.
  2. Select Key Stage 2 from the Statutory Assessments list:

  3. When prompted, select the Year Group and/or Class for which you wish to enter test results:

  4. Select Load Assessment, the Key Stage 2 input page opens for the selected pupils:
  5. Select Test Raw Score and select Teacher Assessments:
  6. Select a cell and enter the teacher assessment (EM, PK1, PK2, PK3, PK4, PK5, PK6, WTS, EXC, GDS, A):
  7. Repeat for each pupil and each subject.

Outcomes

The teacher assessment for the selected pupil is saved when you select another cell.

If you enter an invalid test score, the cell background will change to red. Select the exclamation mark icon to view the valid scores you can enter (Available Codes):

Close the Available Codes window and correct the error. 

Once checked, you can create a file to export this data to your MIS and create your Local Authority Data Return from there - Sonar Tracker: How do I export statutory end of key stage data from Sonar Tracker?
