Sharing with parents
If you use a third-party MIS, you must export your Sonar Tracker data to your MIS first. You can then generate statutory reports for parents from within your MIS.
To create a CTF export from Sonar Tracker for import into your MIS:
- Select School.
- Select Statutory Data Export to MIS from the Exports widget.
- Select the export you need in the Actions column.

Create a CTF of your statutory assessment data to import into your MIS, from where you can create your data return for the DfE:
