MIS, Sonar Tracker

Overview

This article explains how to export a CTF from Juniper MIS.

Exporting CTFs can be used for a variety of reasons, for example, to export your data for statutory reporting purposes.

If you are using stand-alone Sonar Tracker, and are looking for information about how to export your statutory data, see Sonar Tracker: How do I export statutory end of key stage data from Sonar Tracker?

Instructions

Follow these steps to export a CTF:

  1. Select Statutory.
  2. Select Exports.
  3. Select Statutory Exports to open All CTF Exports.
  4. Select Export CTF to open the Export CTF wizard:
  5. In Step 1 - Data:
    1. Select the type of export you want to make from:

      • CTF: Full CTF.
      • OTH: Data items selected by user (partial).
      • FSP: Early Years Foundation Stage data (partial).
      • PHO: Phonics data check (partial).
      • KS2: Key Stage 2 data (partial).

When you select a value that will create a file to be sent to your Local Authority or the DfE, the remaining fields on the page are pre-populated for you to save time.

    2. If the fields are not automatically populated, enter either the Destination Institution or select Unknown Destination (as appropriate) and complete any other fields that are displayed.
    3. Select Next.
  6. In Step 2 - Selection:
    1. Check the pupil(s) whose data you want to export, using the filters as required to speed up the process. You can, for example, filter pupils by their Status (Current, Leaver and Admission). If you want to select all pupils, check next to the FULL NAME column title.
    2. Select Next.
  7. During Step 3 - Exporting, the report is exported:
  8. In Step 4 - Result:
    1. Select Download export to save a copy of your CTF file to the downloads folder on your device.
    2. Select View all CTF exports to return to the All CTF Exports page.
