Sonar: Why do I get a 403 error message when I select 'View and Invite Users'?

Overview

As part of our Join up solution for schools, staff and pupil information is now managed within the Juniper Portal rather than Sonar Tracker.

If you see a 403 error message like this when selecting 'View and Invite Users' from Sonar Tracker;

we believe this is a cookies issue and will be doing some work to resolve this, 

Guidance

In the meantime, to manage users we suggest that you either;

  • Clear your cookies - How do I clear the cache / cookies on your Internet browser? - and try again, or
     

    Access the portal directly by:

  • Selecting the Purple Juniper Portal Tab, next to the Sonar Tracker tab in your Internet Browser

    before choosing 'User Invitations', or
  • typing the url admin.junipereducation.org into your address bar, or
  • changing browsers eg from Chrome to Edge and copying the sonar.junipereducation.org url into there and continuing with School,  Users,  View and Invite Users

We apologise for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding while we are looking at a permanent solution to this.
