Overview
As part of our Join up solution for schools, staff and pupil information is now managed within the Juniper Portal rather than Sonar Tracker.
If you see a 403 error message like this when selecting 'View and Invite Users' from Sonar Tracker;
we believe this is a cookies issue and will be doing some work to resolve this,
Guidance
In the meantime, to manage users we suggest that you either;

Clear your cookies - How do I clear the cache / cookies on your Internet browser? - and try again, or
Access the portal directly by:
- Selecting the Purple Juniper Portal Tab, next to the Sonar Tracker tab in your Internet Browser
before choosing 'User Invitations', or - typing the url admin.junipereducation.org into your address bar, or
- changing browsers eg from Chrome to Edge and copying the sonar.junipereducation.org url into there and continuing with School, Users, View and Invite Users
