Sonar Tracker: How do I troubleshoot and fix login issues with Sonar Tracker?

Overview

This article explains how to resolve log in problems, when you are presented with a 403 error, or are getting in a loop. 

Instructions

Select the error message that you see from those listed below to find out how to fix the problem:

Error 1 - 403 - Oops! It seems like you don't have permission to access this page. Are you logged into the correct account?
Error 2 - 403 - The request could not be satisfied
Error 3 - Your account has been locked. Please contact your system administrator.

Account Setup: Enable Two-Factor Authentication
For your security, enabling two factor authentication (2FA) is required to setup your account. We sent a verification code to oldemailaddress@myschool.co.uk.

Error 4 - Your email has changed and your 2FA code is going to the wrong email address.

Outcome

After following the instructions from the appropriate link above, you can log into Sonar Tracker. If this is not the case, raise a ticket
