Sonar Tracker: What do I do if I've not received a registration email?

Overview

This article explains how to request a password reset if you have not received a registration email granting you access to Sonar Tracker. 

This process can be followed by the user who has been registered to use Sonar Tracker and hasn't received their welcome email, or by another staff member entering the user's email address. The user will receive an email with further guidance.

Instructions

Follow these steps to request a password reset email that will subsequently give you access to Sonar Tracker:

  1. Open sonar.junipereducation.org in your browser.
  2. When prompted, enter your school Email address:

     
  3. Select Continue.
  4. When prompted, depending on what you see, select either Forgot Password or select Forgot your password?
  5. When prompted, enter the Email address you use to log onto Sonar Tracker:
  6. Select Continue or Submit (based on what you see).
  7. A password reset confirmation page is displayed. Close the window, or select Return to login (depending on what you see).
  8. Open your email and follow the instructions in the email you have received to reset your password. If you cannot see an email, check your spam, or ensure that you have entered the correct email address.

    Passwords must be at least 8 characters long. Additionally, your password must include at least one lowercase letter (a-z), one uppercase letter (A-Z), one number (0-9), and one special character.

Outcome
