Sonar: What can I do if I am not receiving the 2FA email?

If you are not receiving the 2FA email to your inbox;

  1. Check your junk / spam / clutter folders. 
  2. Ask your IT support to check you can receive emails from msonlineservicesteam@microsoftonlinese.com.
