Overview

This article explains how to view a list of those pupils whose parents have not been invited to the parents' evening because they do not have an email address stored in the system.

Prerequisites

• You must be an administrator.
• You need to have purchased the Parents' Evening add-on. 
• You must have published the parents' evening event and sent out email invites to parents.

Instructions

Open the parents' evening details for the specific Parents' Evening Event from the Parents' Evening Dashboard (see Juniper Websites: How do I open the details for a published parents' evening event?)

1. Select Recipients:
   
2. Select All:
   
3. Select Please Select, then select the No Contacts:
   

Outcome

All pupils whose parents have not provided an email contact are listed:

1. Select Export to download a copy of the list.
2. Select Print to print the list.

These parents will not have received a notification of the parents' evening when you sent out the email notification (see Juniper Websites: How do I send parents an email invitation to a parents' evening?).

Contact these parents using a different method to ensure that they are informed of the parents' evening and to arrange the booking of appointments.
