Juniper Websites: How do I open the details for a published parents' evening event?

This article explains how to open the details of a published parents' evening event from the Parents' Evening Dashboard.

Prerequisites

  • You must be an administrator.
  • You need to have purchased the Parents' Evening add-on. 
  • You must have published the parents' evening event.

Instructions

Follow these steps to open the details of a specific parents' evening event through the Parents' Evening Dashboard:

  1. Select the Add-ons tab.
  2. Scroll down and select Parents' Evening Booking:


     
  3. Select View from the Dashboard to view the details of a specific event, manage it and check the progress of any bookings:

    The % Booked is the percentage of eligible students who have had a booking made on the evening, not the percentage of available slots that have been filled.

Outcome

The event details open:

From the event details window, you can:

  1. Send emails to parents detailing when the event is and providing a link to where they can book.
  2. Add the event to your school's website calendar.
  3. Manage appointments.
  4. Schedule breaks for staff.
  5. Create teacher appointment schedules.
  6. Book appointments for parents.
