Overview
When setting up a parents' evening event that may run across multiple days, there is no need to set up separate events. This article explains how to set up a single parents' evening event that runs across multiple calendar dates.
Prerequisites
- You must be an administrator.
- You need to have purchased the Parents' Evening add-on.
Instructions
When you are creating a parents' evening event (see Juniper Websites: How do I create a parents' evening event?) in addition to setting the initial date of the event, select Add Date to add additional dates and times:
Outcome
When you publish the event, it will run across multiple dates. Parents will be able to select from the dates available to schedule their appointments.
