Overview
This article explains how to view a list of those pupils whose parents need to be invited /have been invited to attend the parents' evening.
Prerequisites
- You must be an administrator.
- You need to have purchased the Parents' Evening add-on.
- You must have published the parents' evening event.
Instructions
Open the parents' evening details for the specific Parents' Evening Event from the Parents' Evening Dashboard (see Juniper Websites: How do I open the details for a published parents' evening event?)
- Select Recipients:
- Select All.
Outcome
A list of all pupils whose parents should be invited to the event is displayed in the right pane:
- Select Export to download a copy of the list.
- Select Print to print the list.
