For most schools, pupil information is imported into Sonar Tracker overnight via Wonde Sync. If you see a message indicating 0 pupils when selecting the Pupils menu, it may be due to:
- A recent manual sync run by a member of the support team that will refresh your pupil data within the next 5 minutes, or,
- A recent change to your DfE Number has been made in your MIS, but not yet updated in Sonar Tracker.
If your DfE number has recently changed contact us to update Sonar Tracker accordingly and run a manual sync to restore your pupil data.
