It's not possible to roll up Early Years (EYFS) summative assessments into the Primary assessments. They are distinct phases, and there isn't a direct correlation between Early Learning Goals (ELGs) and Primary Subjects.
Re-assess your pupil cohort as they move from EYFS into the primary phase to give you a baseline figure and then enter this data into the Primary Summative Assessments part of Sonar Tracker.
