Sonar Tracker: How can I save myself time using Sonar Tracker?

The following features in Sonar Tracker save you time and effort when entering and reporting on pupil data:

  1. Bookmarks - Bookmarks let you save links to pages for easy future access. These are especially useful for frequently used reports where you apply the same filters. They save you time by eliminating the need to reload pages and reapply your filters.
  2. Bulk fill - The bulk fill feature speeds up the entry of summative assessments, formative assessments, age-related assessments, test scores and targets. You can bulk fill by pupil, objective, or subject, then enter exceptions as needed.
  3. Effective assessment - Sonar Tracker features automatic background updates for your summative assessments. This saves you time by transferring assessments from the previous term to the current one. It significantly reduces the effort required to keep assessments current. If an assessment remains unchanged, there's no need to re-enter it, as reports will use effective assessments. When updating, review the effective assessment entries and enter exceptions as needed.
