Overview
This article explains how to use the bulk fill feature to speed up data entry. You can use the feature when entering your summative assessments, formative assessments, age-related assessments, test scores and targets. Bulk filling can be done by pupil, objective, or subject.
Bulk filling often speeds up data entry. After bulk filling, manually change the details for those few pupils whose grades are different to the majority of pupils.
Take care when using this feature. Existing data for the selected pupil(s)/subject(s)/objective(s) will be replaced with the value used for the bulk fill. Once the action is completed, you cannot undo the changes - you will need to manually restore the data to its previous state.
