Data Entry Guidance

Bulk-Fill

If you prefer, you can bulk-fill your assessments. For further information see Sonar Tracker: How do I bulk-fill assessment data?

Effective Assessment

Effective Assessment brings assessments entered in the previous term to the current one. This drastically reduces the required work to keep assessments up to date.

Any assessment with the history icon is an Effective Assessment. Roll your mouse over the icon to display when that assessment was entered:

To change the assessment, follow steps 5 to 7 above. If it hasn't changed, you do not need to re-enter a value as reports will use effective assessments.
