Sonar Tracker: What are the different user roles in Sonar Tracker?

This article details the different user roles in Sonar Tracker. The roles are designed to suit different job requirements in your school:

Role Best suited for Permissions
Tracker Owner The account owner This type of user can do the same as an Admin user and is the Sonar Tracker account owner.
Admin The tracker manager This type of user has full assessment permissions and can make school set-up changes, for example, selecting the Objective set.
Write Teachers and assessment coordinators This type of user can enter summative and formative data without any limits on what they can do.
Limited Write Teacher users or teaching assistants This type of user can enter/edit a limited subset of summative data. They may only enter/edit data for the current academic year. They can enter any amount of formative data.
Read Only Internal staff who may need access but do not enter data themselves This type of user can only read data, but they can see pupil names. They are unable to edit data.
Anonymised Governors or similar stakeholder This type of user can only read data but all pupil names are anonymised. They are unable to edit data.
