When a pupil leaves your school, they are recorded as a leaver in your MIS. This information is then synced overnight to Sonar Tracker. The pupil will then be recorded as a leaver in Sonar Tracker.
Occasionally the pupil's record in Sonar Tracker may not be automatically updated as a leaver.
If the pupil isn't updated in Sonar Tracker within 48 hours of being marked as a leaver in your MIS, please contact us for assistance.
