Overview
This article explains how to download all observations for a pupil as a PDF in Sonar Tracker. This PDF contains all pupil observations in chronological order, forming their learning journey. When the PDF file is downloaded, you can print it from your device or share with others, for example, by emailing it to a parent.
Instructions
From the Observations Summary pane:
- Check the name of the pupil whose learning journey you want to view.
- Select Download PDF.
- After reading the report generation message, select Close:
Outcome
The learning journey report is generated, and a notification will be sent to your Sonar Tracker inbox. Select Click here to download from within the notification. Your report will be saved to your downloads folder as a PDF fo;e/
Select the PDF file to view the pupil's observation(s). An example is given below.
Using your PDF view, you can print a copy of the report.
