Overview

This article explains how to edit a draft observation from the My Drafts tab in the Observations Feed.

You cannot edit an observation that has already been published. 

Prerequisites

• To use Sonar Tracker's Observations functionality, in addition to a Sonar Tracker subscription, you must subscribe to either the Observations Module or the Parent Engagement Bundle (this includes the Observations Module and the Awards & Activities module).

Instructions

1. Open the Observations page.
2. Select the My Drafts tab in the Observations Feed.
3. Locate the draft observation to edit.
4. Select the ellipsis next to the observation to open the individual observation menu:
   
5. Select Edit:
   

Outcomes

The draft opens so that you can make your changes/additions and then save and publish the observation:
