Overview
This article explains how to review observations that you made in Sonar Tracker.
If you want to make any changes to Sonar Tracker observations, these must be made in Sonar Tracker, not through Comms Hub.
Prerequisites
- To use Sonar Tracker's Observations functionality, in addition to a Sonar Tracker subscription, you must subscribe to either the Observations Module or the Parent Engagement Bundle.
- You must have one of the following user roles / permissions to review a Sonar Tracker observation: Account owner, Account Admin or Full Edit.
Instructions
Follow these steps to review an informal observation in Comms Hub:
- Select Interactions.
- Select Approvals.
- Select Observations to view a summary of all the observations available for your review.
- From All Observations, select the Title of the Sonar Tracker observation you want to review:
- Review the Observation content.
- If you are happy with the observation, select Approve & Publish:
- If you want to make changes to the observation, these must be done in Sonar Tracker.
- If you do not want the observation to be published, select Decline:
Outcome
You have reviewed the observation.
As part of this process, you will have either approved, or declined the observation in Comms Hub, or edited it in Sonar Tracker.
When you approve and publish the observation, it is made available for viewing in the Parent App.
