Overview

This article explains how to delete a photograph from an unpublished/draft observation.

Currently, you can only remove a photograph from an observation before it is published. 

Prerequisites

• To use Sonar Tracker's Observations functionality, in addition to a Sonar Tracker subscription, you must subscribe to either the Observations Module or the Parent Engagement Bundle (this includes the Observations Module and the Awards & Activities module).

Instructions

From your new unpublished observation or a previously saved draft observation:

1. Select the Observation tab:
   
2. Locate the photograph you want to remove.
3. Select the cross to delete the photograph:
   
4. Repeat Step 3 as required to delete any further photographs.

Outcomes

The photograph is removed immediately from the observation without any need to confirm your action.
