Overview
This article explains how to view a group within Juniper MIS. There are three types of groups: a class group (Classes), a Year Group, or a Custom Group (also known as a user-defined group). You can view these groups individually or together.
Prerequisites
- You must have Partial Edit, Full Edit, Account Admin or Account Owner permissions to view groups.
- You must be a staff member allocated the role of Group owner, Group editor or Group viewer for the group.
Instructions
To view groups in Juniper MIS:
- Select Groups.
- By default, All Groups are displayed.
- To view a specific type of group, select from:
- Classes - view all class groups.
- Year Groups - view all Year Groups.
- All Custom Groups - view all Custom Groups, User Groups or Dynamic Groups.
Outcome
A list of either all groups or the groups within a specific group type selected is displayed. The list contains the number of pupils and their key characteristics (Boys, Girls, FSM, CLA, Disadvantaged), along with the Academic Year associated with each Group:
Select a Group Name to view the Group. From within the Group, select a tab to view the Pupils, and Staff assigned to the Group:
