Overview
This article explains how to access a list of pupils with medical conditions from the Pupil Medical Conditions page in Juniper MIS. From there, optionally, select pupils based on their medical conditions or filter the list to view those with a Food Allergy.
Instructions
Follow these steps to access a list of pupils with medical conditions / allergies:
- Select Manage.
- Select Medical.
- Select Pupil Medical Conditions.
Outcome
A list of all pupils with medical conditions and allergies is displayed:
Use the search bar and filters to display only those pupils you want to view in the list, for example, with a specific medical condition or food allergy, within a specific class or year group. Medical conditions are listed under the Category filter. For further information, see MIS: How do I filter to find specific pupils?
Select Create to add medical conditions / allergies for multiple pupils (see MIS: How do I add a medical condition for multiple pupils?)
Select a pupil's name to view their medical record detailing the specifics of their medical condition(s):
From the Medical Condition page, you can edit or delete the pupil's medical details.
