Overview
This article explains how to access a list of staff with medical conditions from the Staff Medical Conditions page in Juniper MIS. From there, optionally, select pupils based on their medical conditions or filter the list to view those with a Food Allergy.
Instructions
Follow these steps to access a list of staff members with medical conditions / allergies:
- Select Manage.
- Select Medical.
- Select Staff Medical Conditions.
Outcome
A list of all staff with medical conditions and allergies is displayed:
Use the search bar and filters to display only those staff members you want to view in the list, for example, with a specific medical condition or food allergy, within a specific class or year group. Medical conditions are listed under the Category filter.
Select Create to add medical conditions / allergies for multiple staff members (see MIS: How do I add / record a medical condition for multiple staff members?)
Select a staff member's name to view their medical record detailing the specifics of their medical condition(s):
From the Medical Condition page, you can edit or delete the staff member's medical details.
