Overview
This article explains how to download observations as a PDF for one or more pupils in Sonar Tracker. When the PDF file is downloaded, you can share it as appropriate, by emailing the PDF file, or by printing out a copy of the file.
Instructions
From the Observations Summary pane:
- Check the names of the pupils whose observations you want to create a PDF for. As pupils are checked, the number of pupils indicator increases (in this example, to 3 Pupils Selected)
- Select Download PDF.
- After reading the report generation message, select Close:
Outcome
The reports are generated and a notification will be sent to your Sonar Tracker inbox. Select Click here to download from within the notification. Your reports will be saved to your downloads folder as a ZIP file. Unzip the file. There will be one PDF file for each pupil selected.
Select the PDF file to view the pupil's observation(s).
Using your PDF view, you can print a copy of the report.
