Overview
This article explains how to tag objectives in observations.
Instructions
- Create a new observation or edit a draft observation.
- Select the Tag Objectives tab:
- Search for one or more objectives, or scroll down the list to find them. Select the Objective(s) you want to tag in the observation:
- To remove an objective that has already been added to the observation, select it again.
Outcome
When an objective is selected, the objective is highlighted in green with a green tick, and the Tag Objectives tab counter is incremented by one to indicate the total number of objectives selected:
