Overview
This article explains how to view observations for one or more subjects.
Prerequisites
- To use Sonar Tracker's Observations functionality, in addition to a Sonar Tracker subscription, you must subscribe to either the Observations Module or the Parent Engagement Bundle (this includes the Observations Module and the Awards & Activities module).
Instructions

From the Observations page, select Advanced Filters:

From Advanced Filters, select Subjects Filter:
- From the Subjects Filter tab, select either Primary or EYFS subjects:
- Select one or more Subjects to filter by:
- Select Apply Filters.
Outcome
The Observations page updates, displaying only observations for those Subjects selected using the Subjects Filter within Advanced Filters.
