Overview
This article explains how to block Sisra Analytics accounts, useful for temporarily restricting access. A blocked user is unable to log in to Sisra Analytics using their email address and password.
Prerequisites
You must be an administrator.
Instructions
To block one or more users:
- Select USERS.
- Select User List.
- Locate one or more accounts you want to block in the Active Users part of the User List:
- Check the checkbox to the right of the old accounts:
- Select Block Selected.
- When prompted, select OK to confirm your request:
Outcome
The selected users will now be blocked from using Sisra Analytics.
