Sisra Analytics: How do I delete users who have left? (Admin)

Overview

This article explains how you can block and delete Sisra Analytics accounts assigned to people who have left your establishment. This will remove their ability to log in to Sisra Analytics.

Prerequisites

You must be an administrator.

Instructions

Block users

To block one or more users:

  1. Select USERS.
  2. Select User List.
  3. Locate one or more accounts you want to delete in the Active Users part of the User List:
    1. Check the checkbox to the right of the old accounts:
    2. Select Block Selected.
  4. When prompted, select OK to confirm your request:

Delete users

To delete a user, once they are blocked:

  1. Scroll down to the Blocked Users part of the page and delete the blocked account:
    1. Check the checkbox to the right of the blocked accounts you want to delete:
    2. Select Delete Selected.
  2. When prompted, select OK to confirm your request:

Unblock users

To unblock one or more users when they are blocked:

  1. Scroll down to the Blocked Users part of the page
  2. Check the checkbox to the right of the blocked accounts you want to unblock:
  3. Select Unblock Selected.
  4. When prompted, select OK to confirm your request.

Outcome

The selected users will be deleted.

After a user has been deleted, they cannot be undeleted. If you need to reinstate a user, create a new user for them.
