Sisra Analytics: How do I unblock previously blocked users in Sisra Analytics? (Admin)

Overview

This article explains how you can unblock previously blocked users in Sisra Analytics. Unblocking a user allows them to use Sisra Analytics again with their account. 

Prerequisites

You must be an administrator.

Instructions

To unblock one or more users:

  1. Select USERS.
  2. Select User List.
  3. Scroll down to the Blocked Users part of the page:

    1. Check the checkbox to the right of the blocked accounts you want to unblock:
    2. Select Unblock Selected.
  4. When prompted, select OK to confirm your request.

Outcome

The user(s) that you have selected will be unblocked.
