Introduction
This article explains how to add a user manually in Sisra Analytics.

Instructions
Follow these steps to add a user:
- Select USERS to open the User List:
- Select Add New User:
- From Add New User:
- Enter the user's First Name.
- Enter the user's Surname.
- Enter an Email address for the user.

Select an Authority Group for the user.
The default groups are Admin (which gives users access to all areas, including uploading and managing data and users) and User (which only gives users access to view reports). To add custom Authority Groups to the list, see Sisra Analytics: How do I create a custom Authority Group? (Admin)).
- Select Add New User.
Outcome
The user is added. They automatically receive an email with their randomly generated login details (Username and Password), which can be changed after logging in.
